The price always includes: equipment + setup, coffee and recipes, baristas, additives (plant-based milks, cups, sugar, syrups, etc.), logistics: delivery, assembly, disassembly and on-site support.

We provide bar furniture and customize the look of your stand to reflect your brand (e.g., logo-embossed fronts). If you'd like, LaCava's presence can add value to your event.

A short brief is a ready-made plan for us
You provide the date, city, number of attendees, and event type. Based on this, we select the format (espresso bar / quick station / coffee experience), equipment (gastro or vending machines), number of baristas, and a simple coffee menu tailored to the pace of the event.
Logistics and implementation (we handle everything on site)
We determine the stand location and the minimum technical requirements (electricity/water, assembly time), then deliver the equipment, set up the bar, and serve guests throughout the event – with ongoing support and full control over the event.
Completed without any problems (disassembly and clean)
After the event, we pack up the stand, remove the equipment, and leave the space ready for further action. You organize the event—we handle the coffee, staff, and logistics.
