- we work exclusively with efficient Premium coffee machines (Jura, Franke, Yunio) ,
- we monitor the equipment load and select a service plan,
- We pay special attention to the hygiene of the milk system and the anti-scaling system (filtration and descaling)
- We respond quickly and provide replacement equipment whenever needed.

As part of the agreement, we provide a dedicated service hotline open from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and a permanent sales representative who coordinates the collaboration. Under the standard agreement, technical support arrives within 8 business hours , and in the SLA VIP option, even within 2 hours .
We perform repairs on-site, and if that's not possible, we'll provide a replacement coffee machine of the same standard . The contract assumes no additional servicing costs and includes regular maintenance , filter replacement, and proper water filtration .
The entire system operates according to a pre-determined work schedule and service arrival plan , ensuring the machine operates stably and providing you with complete predictability and peace of mind.
