The Brewing Intermediate course was created for individuals who already have a basic understanding of pour-over methods and want to consciously develop their skills in extraction and brew quality analysis. The program is aimed at baristas, home baristas, and professionals working with specialty coffee who want to better understand the relationships between brewing parameters and the final flavor profile of coffee.

During the 16-hour, two-day in-person training, participants deepen their knowledge of the extraction process, learn conscious recipe design, and the use of tools for measuring and evaluating brew quality. The course combines advanced theory with practice, allowing for a thorough understanding of the impact of individual parameters on the taste and repeatability of brewing.

During the sessions, we work with various pour-over methods, analyzing the extraction process and learning to solve problems that arise during coffee preparation.
