El Salvador Finca España is a coffee that shows how much can happen in a cup when a producer's experience and bold processing meet. Originating from the El Bálsamo region, grown at an altitude of 1600–1700 m above sea level, it offers a profile full of depth and juiciness.
Its character is due to the combination of Castillo and Bourbon varieties and anaerobic natural processing, which gives the beans intensity and clearly boosts the fruity profile. The cup is dominated by notes of plum and tropical fruits, broken by a velvety, chocolate finish. It is a coffee with distinct sweetness, medium acidity, and a pleasant, enveloping texture.
It was not without reason that it was chosen as the coffee used during the Polish AeroPress Championship qualifiers – its complexity and balance work perfectly with this brewing method. It allows for the full extraction of its layers, emphasizing both the fruity juiciness and the cocoa depth. Ideal for those looking for something intense, yet elegant and refined.

How to do it?
- Within 30 days of receiving your order, send us a message at sklep@lacava.pl with the following information: order number, returned items, pickup address and preferred pickup date, reason for return (optional)
- We will send you a DPD courier waybill, which will collect the returned, packed items, and then you will receive a refund of the costs incurred within 14 days of us receiving the package.
- You can of course bring the returned items to our coffee roastery
- Returns are free of charge, unless you do not want to use our DPD courier, in which case you must send the parcel yourself
- you can return all products as long as they are unused and the packaging is open

El Salvador
Castillo and Bourbon are a combination that merges modernity and classicism in the world of coffee. Castillo, cultivated in Colombia, is valued for its resilience and stable yields, but under the right conditions, it can also bring a distinct sweetness and a clean, organized profile to the cup. Bourbon, on the other hand, is one of the most noble and prized Arabica varieties – known for its elegance, depth, and natural sweetness, often associated with notes of fruit and chocolate. In this coffee, both varieties complement each other. Castillo builds structure and clarity, while Bourbon adds complexity and a velvety texture. It is precisely this combination that makes the profile so harmonious – intensely fruity, yet smooth and pleasantly sweet.

How to brew?
Aeropress
1 .WEIGH
We recommend using 15.5 grams of coffee per 250 grams of water. This will result in a juicy brew with a pleasant body.
2. BREW
We recommend distributing water at a temperature of 93˚C in 2 portions - 50 grams for a thirty-second pre-infusion, then 200 grams.
3. PUSH IT THROUGH
Start pressing at the 2-minute mark – this should take about 30 seconds. Remember to remove the device from the scale and press into a safe container.
4. WATCH
If the brewing time differs from the recommended time, or the flavor isn't to your liking, adjust the grinder settings next time you make your coffee. Let your taste and preferences guide you!
