Kawa pochodzi z farmy El Renacer w regionie Chinchiná w kolumbijskim Caldas. W filiżance jest słodko, owocowo i bardzo aromatycznie – mango gra tu pierwszoplanową rolę, a pomarańcza i karmel nadają profilowi świeżości i przyjemnej głębi.

Returns Policy
We absolutely believe in the quality of our products, but if you want to make a return, you can count on our help and full support.
How to do it?
- Within 30 days of receiving your order, send us a message at sklep@lacava.pl with the following information: order number, returned items, pickup address and preferred pickup date, reason for return (optional)
- We will send you a DPD courier waybill, which will collect the returned, packed items, and then you will receive a refund of the costs incurred within 14 days of us receiving the package.
- You can of course bring the returned items to our coffee roastery
- Returns are free of charge, unless you do not want to use our DPD courier, in which case you must send the parcel yourself
- you can return all products as long as they are unused and the packaging is open

Washed co-fermented with mango to metoda, w której kawa przechodzi fermentację z dodatkiem mango, a następnie jest poddawana obróbce washed. Dzięki temu procesowi profil staje się bardziej intensywnie owocowy i aromatyczny, z wyraźnie zaznaczoną słodyczą oraz soczystością. W przypadku El Renacer mango pięknie podbija egzotyczny charakter kawy, pozostawiając jednocześnie czysty i uporządkowany profil w filiżance.

How to brew?
Aeropress
1 .WEIGH
We recommend using 15.5 grams of coffee per 250 grams of water. This will result in a juicy brew with a pleasant body.
2. BREW
We recommend distributing water at a temperature of 93˚C in 2 portions - 50 grams for a thirty-second pre-infusion, then 200 grams.
3. PUSH IT THROUGH
Start pressing at the 2-minute mark – this should take about 30 seconds. Remember to remove the device from the scale and press into a safe container.
4. WATCH
If the brewing time differs from the recommended time, or the flavor isn't to your liking, adjust the grinder settings next time you make your coffee. Let your taste and preferences guide you!
