W sercu regionu Huila, znajduje się niewielka farma Finca La Piragua prowadzona przez Alexandra Vargasa. To właśnie tam, na wysokości 1898 m n.p.m., dojrzewają owoce jednej z najbardziej fascynujących odmian arabiki – Pink Bourbon. Dzięki dużej wysokości uprawy i starannej pracy producenta ziarna rozwijają wyjątkową złożoność aromatyczną oraz charakterystyczną, elegancką słodycz.
Kawa została poddana klasycznej obróbce washed, która w pełni podkreśla czystość i klarowność profilu smakowego. W filiżance pojawia się wyraźna, kwiatowa aromatyczność przypominająca kwiat pomarańczy, której towarzyszą soczyste nuty owoców tropikalnych oraz miękka, miodowa słodycz. Całość jest harmonijna, lekka i bardzo przejrzysta – dokładnie taka, jakiej można oczekiwać od wysokogórskich kolumbijskich kaw z regionu Huila.

Returns Policy
We absolutely believe in the quality of our products, but if you want to make a return, you can count on our help and full support.
How to do it?
- Within 30 days of receiving your order, send us a message at sklep@lacava.pl with the following information: order number, returned items, pickup address and preferred pickup date, reason for return (optional)
- We will send you a DPD courier waybill, which will collect the returned, packed items, and then you will receive a refund of the costs incurred within 14 days of us receiving the package.
- You can of course bring the returned items to our coffee roastery
- Returns are free of charge, unless you do not want to use our DPD courier, in which case you must send the parcel yourself
- you can return all products as long as they are unused and the packaging is open

Plantatorzy cenią Pink Bourbon przede wszystkim za jej niezwykły potencjał sensoryczny. Ziarna tej odmiany często oferują wyjątkową czystość profilu, wysoką słodycz oraz wyraźną, elegancką kwasowość. W filiżance bardzo często pojawiają się nuty kwiatowe, cytrusowe i tropikalne, a także delikatna miodowa słodycz. Dzięki temu Pink Bourbon regularnie pojawia się w kawach osiągających bardzo wysokie wyniki podczas cuppingów i konkursów jakościowych.

How to brew?

1. WEIGHT
We recommend using 18.5 grams of coffee per 300 grams of water. This will result in a juicy brew with a pleasant body.
2. GRIND
Select the grind size so that the brewing time is around 3 minutes and 30 seconds.
3. BREW
We recommend distributing water at 94˚C in 6 portions of 50 grams. After a 30-second pre-infusion, add water every 15 seconds.
4. WATCH
If the brewing time differs from the recommended time, or the flavor isn't to your liking, adjust the grinder settings next time you make your coffee. Let your taste and preferences guide you!
