Returns Policy

We believe in the quality of our products and make every effort to ensure that each order meets our customers' expectations. However, if you wish to return an item, you can count on our help and full support.

How to return an item?

You can return an item within 30 days of receiving your order.

The most convenient way is to use the InPost Quick Returns form:

After completing the form, you will receive instructions on how to send back the return shipment. After we receive and verify the returned product, we will refund the amount within 14 days.

Alternatively, you can deliver the returned goods in person to our Coffee Roastery.

Return conditions

• Returns are free when using the InPost Quick Returns system.

• Products should be returned in an uncompromised condition, with no signs of use, and in their original packaging.

• Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used when placing the order, unless otherwise agreed.

• Detailed information regarding the statutory right of withdrawal from the contract can be found in the Store Regulations.
