PROMOTION RULES
"EXTENDED WARRANTY FOR CONNOISSEUR"
1. IDENTIFICATION OF THE ORGANIZER
1.1. These regulations ("Regulations") define the rules of the promotion called "EXTENDED WARRANTY FOR CONNOISSEUR" ("Promotion").
1.2. The Organizer of the Promotion is JURA Poland Sp. z o. o. with its registered office in Warsaw, postal code: 02-819, ul. Puławska 366, entered into the register of entrepreneurs maintained by the District Court for the capital city of Warsaw in Warsaw, 13th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under the KRS number 0000465420, REGON: 1466600619, NIP: 951 236 76 59, ("Organizer" or "JURA Poland").
2. DATE AND PLACE OF THE PROMOTION
2.1. The Promotion runs from 1 January 2022 to 28 February 2023, subject to point 2.4 below.
2.2. The Promotion is conducted in the territory of the Republic of Poland. The program has a nationwide scope.
2.3 The Promotion covers Promotional Products listed in §4 section 1 of the Regulations, purchased from Authorized JURA Poland Distributors.
2.4. A Promotion Participant who purchased a coffee machine by February 28, 2023 and registers the Promotional Product by March 31, 2023, is entitled to an extended warranty under the terms and conditions set out in these Regulations.

3. PROMOTION PARTICIPANTS
3.1. Subject to § 3 section 2 below, Promotion Participants (hereinafter referred to as "Participant" or "Buyer") may only be: adult natural persons with full legal capacity, residing in the territory of the Republic of Poland and being consumers within the meaning of Art. 221 of the Civil Code, using the Promotional Product in accordance with its intended purpose, i.e. at home. Participation in the Promotion is voluntary. Participation in the Promotion is dependent on the purchase of at least one of the products listed in § 4 section 1 of the Regulations.
3.2. The following persons are not eligible to participate in the Promotion:
- Legal entities/organizational units without legal personality/individuals conducting business activity - purchasing a product directly related to their business or professional activity/using the products covered by the Promotion under conditions of increased load, i.e. not in accordance with the operating instructions.
- Entities which, as part of their business activities, have concluded distribution agreements or other agreements with the Organizer, the subject of which is the delivery of products covered by the Promotion.
4. PROMOTION RULES
4.1. The Promotion applies to JURA coffee machines from the Premium segment (models: Giga 10, Giga 6, Z10, Z9, Z6, J6, J8, S8) ("Promotional Product").
4.2. The Promotion covers only brand new products purchased by participants of the Promotion, during the Promotion period, at points of sale authorized by the Organizer - JURA Poland, and registered on the website www.klubkoneserakawy.pl in accordance with §4 section 4 of the Regulations, to which a warranty card is attached and in relation to which the Organizer is the guarantor in accordance with the aforementioned warranty card.
4.3. The Promotion provides an additional warranty for the Promotional Product under the terms specified in the warranty card included with the Promotional Product. The length of the warranty extension depends on the model purchased and is as follows for each model:
In the event of purchase of a Promotional Product by natural persons, as described in §3 of the Regulations:
-GIGA 10 model - additional 25 months;
-GIGA 6 model - additional 25 months;
-model Z10-additional 25 months;
-model Z9-additional 25 months;
-model Z6-additional 25 months;
-model J6-additional 25 months;
-model J8-additional 25 months;
-model S8-additional 11 months;
In the event of purchase of a Promotional Product by legal entities, as described in §3 of the Regulations, and used at home, the Organizer introduces the following restrictions:
-GIGA 10 model - additional 38 months, but not exceeding the preparation of 9,000 coffees by the device;
-GIGA 6 model - additional 38 months, but not exceeding the preparation of 9,000 coffees by the device;
-model Z10 – additional 38 months, but not exceeding the preparation of 9,000 coffees by the device;
-model Z6 – additional 38 months, but not exceeding the preparation of 9,000 coffees by the device;
-model J6 – additional 38 months, but not exceeding the preparation of 9,000 coffees by the device;
-model J8 - additional 38 months, but not exceeding the preparation of 9,000 coffees by the device;
-model S8 – additional 24 months, but not exceeding the preparation of 8,000 coffees by the device;
4.4. The promotional product is registered by:
- Providing the serial number of the Promotional Product
- Providing the date of purchase of the Promotional Product
- Indication from the list of the distributor from whom the Promotional Product was purchased
- Sending a scan/photo of the proof of purchase with the purchase date, distributor name and model name of the Promotional Product visible.
4.5. Confirmation of the warranty extension will be a Warranty Certificate issued for the registered device covered by the promotion.
4.6. In addition to the requirements referred to in the above § of the Regulations, in order to obtain an extended warranty for a Promotional Product, users are required to meet all of the following conditions:
a) The User purchases a Promotional Product in the period from January 1, 2022 to February 28, 2023.
b) The User will register the purchased Promotional Product at https://klubkoneserakawy.pl/urzadzenia-dodaj within 30 days from the date of purchase, but no later than March 31, 2023.
c) When registering a Promotional Product as referred to above, the user consents to the processing of personal data for JURA marketing purposes and to receiving commercial information regarding JURA products electronically by checking the appropriate boxes on the form.
4.7. If the Organizer has any doubts as to the authenticity or correctness of the proof of purchase, the Organizer has the right to request that the Participant submit the original proof of purchase for verification purposes. After verification, and no later than 7 days after receipt, the Organizer will return the original proof of purchase to the Participant and inform them of the decision regarding granting the extended warranty. Proof of payment (KP forms, card transaction confirmations, transfer confirmations, leasing agreements, etc.) or goods issue/delivery documents will not be accepted as proof of purchase.
4.8. The Promotion Organizer will send by e-mail to the address provided during registration, within 30 days from the date of completing the registration form, confirmation of the extended warranty, i.e. the Warranty certificate, which will constitute the basis for free repairs during the period specified in § 4 of these Regulations, under the conditions specified in the warranty card attached to the Promotional Product.
4.9. The Participant loses the right to receive an extended warranty if:
a) fails to meet any of the conditions specified in the Regulations on time; or
b) the copy of the proof of purchase submitted proves to be false or the serial number of the Promotional Product provided is incorrect; or
c) The proof of purchase will indicate a purchase outside the Promotion period/location; or
d) The Participant's data marked as mandatory in the JURA Coffee Connoisseur Club registration form is false; or
e) In the circumstances specified in §4 section 7 above, the original proof of purchase will not be sent.
5. COMPLAINTS
5.1. Complaints should be submitted to the following address: JURA Poland Sp. z o. o. with its registered office in Warsaw, postal code: 02-819, ul. Puławska 366, with the note: Complaint about the extended warranty for Koneser.
5.2. Complaints will be reviewed by a committee appointed by the Organizer. The committee will notify the Promotion Participant of the outcome of the complaint in the same manner in which the complaint was submitted – within 14 days of receiving the complaint.
5.3. After exhausting the complaint procedure, the Participant has the right to pursue any unfounded claims in a competent common court. The Participant also has this right if the Participant fails to use the complaint procedure described in these Regulations.
6. PERSONAL DATA
6.1. Pursuant to Article 13 paragraphs 1 and 2 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (hereinafter referred to as "GDPR"), we hereby inform you that:

6.4. Personal data may be processed for one or more of the following purposes:
- Performance of the concluded contract, i.e. implementation by JURA Poland of the principles of the extended warranty (legal basis: art. 6 sec. 1 letter b and c of the GDPR);
- Marketing and promotion of products and services offered by JURA Poland (legal basis: Article 6 paragraph 1 letters a) and f) of the GDPR);
- Pursuing possible claims (legal basis: Article 6 paragraph 1 letter f) of the GDPR);
- Internal administrative purposes – keeping statistics, reporting, customer satisfaction surveys (legal basis: Article 6 paragraph 1 letter f) of the GDPR).
6.5. The recipients of personal data in connection with the implementation of the purposes indicated in point 2 may be:
- Persons authorized by the Administrator – employees and associates.
- Entities to which JURA Poland has entrusted the processing of personal data (processors) on the basis of concluded agreements.
- Data recipients such as: couriers, banks, law firms and capital group companies.
6.6. Personal data will be transferred to a third country, Switzerland, based on a decision of the European Commission establishing an adequate level of protection – Commission Decision of 26 July 2000 (2000/518/EC). You can obtain a copy of the personal data transferred to a third country by sending a request to: info@pl.jura.com.
6.7. Personal data will be processed by JURA Poland for the period necessary to achieve the purposes indicated below:
-In connection with the performance of the concluded contract, until its completion, and after that time for the period and to the extent required by law or to secure any claims.
-In connection with the marketing of products and services offered by JURA Poland, until the consent to such processing is withdrawn.
6.8. JURA Poland exercises the rights of data subjects in the form of:
- The right to access the content of data, pursuant to Article 15 of the GDPR;
- The right to rectification of data, pursuant to Article 16 of the GDPR;
- The right to erasure of data, pursuant to Article 17 of the GDPR;
- The right to restrict data processing, pursuant to Article 18 of the GDPR;
- The right to data portability, pursuant to Article 20 of the GDPR;
- The right to object to data processing, pursuant to Article 21 of the GDPR.
6.9. The data subject has the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal, if the processing is based on a prior consent to processing pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR.
6.10. The data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority if he or she believes that the processing of personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR.
6.11. Providing data is voluntary, however, failure to provide this data will result in the inability to benefit from the extended warranty.
7. FINAL PROVISIONS
7.1. All content contained in advertising and promotional materials is for informational purposes only. Only the provisions of these Terms and Conditions and applicable law have legal force.
7.2. The current Regulations will be available at the Organizer's office.

7.4. By entering the Promotion, the Participant acknowledges that they have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions. In all matters not covered by these Terms and Conditions, the provisions of Polish law shall apply.
7.5. To the extent permitted by law, the Organizer reserves the right to amend the Regulations. If such a situation arises, the Organizer will publish information on the Website with reasonable notice. The Organizer undertakes that in the event of any changes to the Regulations, such changes will not in any way violate the rights already acquired by Participants and will not impair the terms of the Promotion. In the event of any changes to the Regulations, after prior notification to Participants, they will have the right to withdraw from the Promotion without any consequences.
