HORECA Sales Specialist

We are looking for a goal-oriented, ambitious and talented salesperson for the food service channel to work in Warsaw and the surrounding area.
Your scope of responsibilities
- establishing business relationships and developing cooperation with catering clients in Warsaw and the Masovian Voivodeship, with particular emphasis on specialty cafes,
- acquiring new customers and creating a model for retaining them and building loyalty,
- conducting commercial negotiations and concluding contracts with clients,
- planning and implementation of commercial activities to increase sales in the HORECA channel, based on coffee products and catering equipment - coffee machines,
- analysis and reporting of sales results,
- planning, organization and implementation of promotional and image activities,
- preparation of commercial offers,
- participation in industry events, including co-organization of cupping sessions and events for catering clients,
- active participation in product training,
- activity reporting via the CRM system.
Our requirements
- you have experience in sales to the catering channel (HORECA),
- relationships with people, building, maintaining and developing them is your passion,
- you are a goal-oriented person, and increasing your salary and competences in the coffee industry is motivating for you,
- you are a proactive, independent, goal-oriented person (ownership),
- you want to have full control over your salary increase,
- you have a category B driving license,
- you like working in a team,
- you have a desire to work with a high-quality, crafted product.
Welcome
- you have knowledge of the coffee/specialty coffee industry,
- you have knowledge of English at B2 level,
- you have SCA coffee certificates,
- you have ease and willingness to work with catering equipment.

- salary from 8,000 - 18,000 gross
