§1. General Provisions
The organizer of the "Largest Order of the Week" competition (hereinafter: "Competition") is LaCava sp. z o.o., ul. Bednarska 7, 00-310 Warszawa, NIP: 525-282-13-02 (hereinafter: "Organizer").
The Competition is conducted via the online store available at: www.lacava.pl
The Competition is not a game of chance or a lottery within the meaning of the provisions of the Gambling Act.
The Competition is conducted in the territory of the Republic of Poland.
§2. Duration of the Competition
The Competition runs from May 4, 2026, to May 31, 2026.
The Competition is divided into weekly settlement periods:
each week runs from Monday (00:00) to Sunday (23:59).
§3. Competition Participants
Only a natural person can be a participant in the Competition:
who has full legal capacity or with the consent of a legal guardian,
making a purchase as a consumer (without providing a NIP number for the order).
The following may not participate in the Competition:
entrepreneurs making purchases for a company,
employees and associates of the Organizer and their immediate family.
Participation in the Competition is voluntary and free of charge.
§4. Competition Rules
To take part in the Competition, it is necessary to make a purchase in the Organizer's online store during its duration.
The Competition considers a single order with the highest gross value placed by a Participant in a given week. The values of several orders from one Participant are not summed up. For the order value:
the value of products after discounts is included,
delivery costs are not included.
Unpaid or canceled orders do not participate in the Competition.
In the event of a full or partial return of an order that was deemed winning, the Participant loses the right to the prize.
In the event of a tie (same order value), the earlier order placement date decides.
§5. Prizes
A different prize is awarded each week of the Competition.
The value of a single prize is a maximum of PLN 3,000 gross.
The prize is not exchangeable for a cash equivalent, unless the Organizer decides otherwise.
The Organizer reserves the right to change the prize to another of equivalent value.
§6. Winner selection and prize collection
The winner will be selected within 5 working days from the end of a given Competition week.
The Organizer will contact the winner via:
the e-mail address provided when placing the order or
phone number.
The winner is obliged to provide the data necessary to issue the prize within 7 days.
The prize will be issued based on a prize handover protocol or other document confirming its receipt by the Winner. The Winner is obliged to sign the document confirming receipt of the prize.
The Winner agrees to the free publication of information about the win, including their name and town, as well as information about the prize, in the Organizer's communication channels, in particular on the website and in the Organizer's social media (e.g., Facebook, Instagram), for informational and marketing purposes related to the Competition.
In case of no contact or refusal to accept the prize, the Organizer may select another Participant.
§7. Prize tax
Prizes in the Competition are subject to taxation in accordance with applicable law.
The Organizer, as the payer, undertakes to pay the flat-rate income tax on the prize, in accordance with applicable regulations.
The Participant will receive the prize reduced by the due tax or increased by an additional amount covering the tax – according to the Organizer's decision.
§8. Personal data (GDPR)
The Administrator of Participants' personal data is the Organizer.
Personal data will be processed for the purpose of:
conducting the Competition,
selecting winners,
issuing prizes.
The Participant has the right to access, rectify, and request the deletion of their data.
§9. Complaints
Complaints regarding the Competition can be submitted by email to: sklep@lacava.pl
Complaints will be considered within 14 days of their receipt.
§10. Final Provisions
The Regulations are available on the website www.lacava.pl
The Organizer reserves the right to change the Regulations, provided that it does not worsen the conditions of participation.
In matters not regulated, Polish law applies.
