Cardamom - properties that support the body

Cardamom is one of the oldest spices in the world, particularly popular in Middle Eastern and Indian cuisine. Its health benefits are widely valued in natural medicine. Cardamom has anti-inflammatory properties, aids digestion, and soothes stomach discomfort. It contains essential oils that help reduce flatulence, improve intestinal peristalsis, and freshen breath.
