In the heart of Huehuetenango, one of Guatemala's most prized regions, coffees of exceptional clarity and intense, fruity expression are produced. Finca La Maravilla is a farm located at an altitude of 1,500–1,850 meters above sea level, where cool mountain nights and warm days create the perfect conditions for the coffee cherries to slowly ripen.
The washed process gives this batch a crystalline purity, while the San Ramón variety brings a natural sweetness and a slightly floral character. In the cup, you'll discover floral aromas, juicy raspberries, and deep, sweet blackberries. This filter is light, fruity, and yet structured—full of the elegance that makes Huehuetenango famous worldwide.

Returns Policy
We absolutely believe in the quality of our products, but if you want to make a return, you can count on our help and full support.
How to do it?
- Within 30 days of receiving your order, send us a message at sklep@lacava.pl with the following information: order number, returned items, pickup address and preferred pickup date, reason for return (optional)
- We will send you a DPD courier waybill, which will collect the returned, packed items, and then you will receive a refund of the costs incurred within 14 days of us receiving the package.
- You can of course bring the returned items to our coffee roastery
- Returns are free of charge, unless you do not want to use our DPD courier, in which case you must send the parcel yourself
- you can return all products as long as they are unused and the packaging is open

All shipments are sent via DHL courier. Orders placed before 12:00 PM will be processed the same business day and will be shipped the next business day.

San Ramón to jedna z rzadziej spotykanych odmian arabiki, pochodząca z linii Typiki, znana z doskonałej równowagi między słodyczą a delikatnością. Krzewy tej odmiany rozwijają się najlepiej na wyższych wysokościach, gdzie chłodniejsze klimaty sprzyjają wolnemu dojrzewaniu owoców – co przekłada się na większą intensywność i czystość profilu. San Ramón ceniony jest za subtelne kwiatowe aromaty, jasną owocowość oraz elegancką strukturę w filiżance. W obróbce washed szczególnie wyraźnie pokazuje swoją charakterystyczną przejrzystość i lekkość. How to brew?
Przelew V60
1. WEIGHT
We recommend using 18.5 grams of coffee per 300 grams of water. This will result in a juicy brew with a pleasant body.
2. GRIND
Select the grind size so that the brewing time is around 3 minutes and 30 seconds.
3. BREW
We recommend distributing water at 94˚C in 6 portions of 50 grams. After a 30-second pre-infusion, add water every 15 seconds.
4. WATCH
If the brewing time differs from the recommended time, or the flavor isn't to your liking, adjust the grinder settings next time you make your coffee. Let your taste and preferences guide you!
