We believe the art of coffee roasting is magical. It's a mysterious alchemy cultivated by virtuosos throughout the dark ages. With spicy and woody accents of East Asian Arabica, Black Art's blend tempts, enchants, and pushes the boundaries of roasting mastery. Reaching almost a second crack, this blend fuses deep and intense notes in a daring dance with darkness. Developing its roast profile was challenging, as specialty coffee beans are typically lightly and delicately roasted. However, we managed to find the perfect balance and harmony to satisfy the palates of those seeking a powerful and profound coffee experience.
Returns Policy
We absolutely believe in the quality of our products, but if you want to make a return, you can count on our help and full support.
How to do it?
- Within 30 days of receiving your order, send us a message at sklep@lacava.pl with the following information: order number, returned items, pickup address and preferred pickup date, reason for return (optional)
- We will send you a DPD courier waybill, which will collect the returned, packed items, and then you will receive a refund of the costs incurred within 14 days of us receiving the package.
- You can of course bring the returned items to our coffee roastery
- Returns are free of charge, unless you do not want to use our DPD courier, in which case you must send the parcel yourself
- you can return all products as long as they are unused and the packaging is open

All shipments are sent via DHL courier. Orders placed before 12:00 PM will be processed the same business day and will be shipped the next business day.
- courier shipping of orders up to PLN 129 costs PLN 16
- Courier shipping for orders over PLN 129 is free
- a cash on delivery package up to PLN 199 costs PLN 19
- Cash on delivery parcels over PLN 199 are free of charge

Jak zaparzyć?

1. ODWAŻ
Rekomendujemy 16 gram ziaren. W przypadku Black Art zależy nam na uzyskaniu braku kwasowości oraz czekoladowych nut.
2. ZMIEL
Wyreguluj młynek dla tej kawy, aby otrzymać uzysk 45 ml w ciągu 25-27 sekund dla podwójnego shota.
3. PRZYGOTUJ
Pamiętaj o dobrej dystrybucji zmielonej kawy w portafiltrze oraz tampowaniu z umiarkowanym naciskiem.
4. OBSERWUJ
Strumień kawy powinien być gęsty i lecieć w nieprzerwany sposób, tak aby otrzymać odpowiedni uzysk w czasie. Smacznego!
1. PRZYGOTUJ WODĘ
Użyj świeżej i prawidłowo zmineralizowanej wody. Zagotuj odpowiednią ilość oraz zalej french press oraz naczynia, aby się ogrzały.
2. ZMIEL KAWĘ
Rekomendujemy grube mielenie, tak aby cząsteczki kawy były większe od ziarenka piasku. Użyj 6g/ 100ml. Wsyp do pustego french pressa i taruj na wadze.
3. ZAPARZ
Ustaw czasomierz, zalej wodą. 4 minuty parzenia da delikatniejszy napar, 6 minut bardziej intensywny i słodki. Po 1 minucie mieszaj przez 30 sekund.
4. WYCIŚNIJ
Delikatnie przyciśnij tłokiem fusy do dna, następnie pozostaw 1 centymetr wolnej przestrzeni do fusów.

Go through the checkout process as you would with a regular purchase. For convenience, add your card or authorize your subscription with a BLIK code.

Hmm, ciężko jednoznacznie do czegoś się doczepić, ale jak to w "arcie" bywa, czasem potrzeba tego "boskiego" akcentu. Moim zdaniem czegoś tu brakuje, czegoś właśnie nieuchwytnego. Ale wiadomo, bardzo indywidualna kwestia. Moja ocena to 4.5. Pije espresso. Piękna crema i bogaty smak z długim finuszem. Smacznego!
